Can you customize products according to our requirements?

Yes, we provide professional OEM/ODM customization services for B-end customers. We can customize product specifications, colors, logos, packaging, and even functional designs according to your drawings, samples or detailed requirements. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized products is 3000, and the customization cycle is 7-15 working days (adjust according to actual production cycle). Before mass production, we will send you a sample for confirmation—only after you confirm the sample will we start formal production to ensure that the customized products fully meet your expectations.

Can you send me a sample? How much does the sample cost?

Yes, we can send you samples for quality inspection. The sample fee is 1USD (adjust according to actual product), which is used to cover the production and material costs. Please note that the freight for the sample needs to be borne by you, and we can arrange the logistics according to your designated courier (such as DHL, FedEx) or choose the most cost-effective logistics method for you

Do you have this product in stock? What if it is out of stock?

For our hot-selling standard models, we usually have sufficient stock. If the product you need is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated restock time immediately (usually 3-7 working days for standard models). At the same time, we can recommend alternative products with the same style and similar performance for your reference, or you can place a pre-order, and we will give priority to arranging production for you to ensure that you receive the goods as soon as possible.

What is the delivery time? How long can I receive the goods?

The delivery time depends on the order quantity and whether it is a customized product: 1. For in-stock standard products: delivery within 3-5 working days after receiving the full payment; 2. For customized products: delivery within 7-15 working days after sample confirmation and full payment (adjust according to actual customization cycle). As for the time you receive the goods, it depends on the logistics method: express delivery (DHL/FedEx) takes 7-15 working days to reach most countries/regions; sea freight takes 15-35 working days (varies according to the destination port). We will provide you with the logistics tracking number after shipment, so you can check the transportation status in real time on Alibaba or the logistics official website.
